Social Impact

Ember Gardens is passionate about creating positive change in it’s communities through providing education, job training and mentorship through donations and volunteer hours to partner organizations. In the spirit of the Social Equity Program, Ember Gardens has developed a Positive Impact Plan to directly aid those disproportionately impacted by the War on Drugs. Ember Gardens will recruit interns from disproportionately impacted communities providing job training and scholarships to further their education & experience in partnership with the Cannabis Center of Excellence.  Learn more about the internship opportunities below. 

CCOE

The Cannabis Center of Excellence, INC. (CCOE, INC.) is a registered 501c3 non-profit that promotes active participation, education, social justice, and scientific excellence in the cannabis industry. Ember Gardens has partnered with CCOE to create Paid Apprenticeship Opportunities & provide scholarships for our Positive Impact Plan. Full-Time and Part-Time Paid Apprentice Training Opportunities are available with Ember Gardens through CCOE. Training opportunities include:

  • Retail
  • Manufacturing & Production
  • Cultivation
  • Transportation & Delivery
  • Management & Operations

Applicants who qualify are MA residents who are 21+ and lived in a disproportionately impacted community, or was negatively impacted by the War on Drugs, and are available for in-person work in Massachusetts. Contact info@embergardens.com to see if you qualify.
